Shop Clinics
Empower yourself with hands-on bike education at Boise Bicycle Project! Our shop clinics are designed for all skill levels - whether you're just getting started or looking to sharpen your repair skills. In these interactive sessions, you'll learn to perform basic repairs in a group setting, connecting with BBP’s experienced mechanics in a supportive, welcoming environment, ensuring you always have a place to ask questions and keep learning. Clinics are shared on our calendar 3 - 4 weeks in advance. BBP members always get free access to shop clinics, and if you’re not a member, it’s just $10 a clinic (pay at the door)! Join us to be part of a community that values empowerment, education, and accessibility.
FEM NIGHT
FEM Night is a “Femme Empowerment Mechanic” class for Femme, Trans, Women, Non-Binary, and Two-spirit people. This is a FREE class that happens generally the first Friday evening of every month from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. You don’t need to register or sign up, all you have to do is show up! Each month a different mechanic or maintenance topic is covered, and each class is a hands-on learning experience. Bring your bike and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
Our goal with FEM Night is to create an empowered and diverse network of participants within our organization and the Boise cycling community. Our vision is to see Boise become known for its femme-dominated, inclusive cycling spaces, and femme leaders on bikes.
