Riley Wilcox

A third-generation Idahoan with deep roots in Boise's North End, Riley Wilcox is the founder and designated broker of Guardian Group Real Estate. Frequently appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho to handle property sales in bankruptcy cases, he brings a high level of trust and reliability to his work across a wide range of transactions, in addition to selling local luxury properties. Riley emphasizes genuine connections with clients and the community, guided by a personal philosophy of authenticity, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to acts of service. He believes that true success reflects how well we serve others, and that earnest personal and community involvement creates immediate and lasting impacts for all. He supports local organizations like the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ada County and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and by giving back, he aims to enrich lives and strengthen Boise's heart. A cyclist since his training wheels days who first started mountain biking in the early 90s on his Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo—and still traverses the Boise foothills trails daily—Riley cherishes how his childhood bike offered not just freedom, but an escape into the serenity of the local area. He's thrilled to serve on the Boise Bicycle Project board to empower the community through accessible biking, safe infrastructure, and inclusive programs that celebrate the city's vibrant natural surroundings. When not working, he enjoys hot yoga for balance, coaching his 9-year-old daughter’s soccer team, exploring trails and neighborhoods, fly fishing as an avid outdoors enthusiast, and quality time with his wife Shelly, family and friends.
