Improving the Way Your Tires Roll: Tires, Tubes, Leaks, and Flats

(Recommended once a year, or any time you’re experiencing slow leaks)

Air molecules are pretty small, so it’s normal to need a little top off every month, maybe slightly more if you have really skinny (<25mm) tires. If your bike has been sitting for 6 months, don’t be surprised if they’re really low. If you are experiencing leakage faster than any of the above scenarios, you have a small leak and need to fix it. In this class you will learn what tire pressure is right for you, how to inspect your tires and tubes, how to fixing a flat in 90 seconds, and tricks to beat the dreaded “goathead.” Everyone will leave with two “air tight” tubes and a couple tricks to cut your flats in half.
